Summary:


We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth, lead the planning and design of high-impact infrastructure projects, and help shape the future of water infrastructure. This is a great leadership opportunity for an experienced professional looking to influence strategy, build client relationships, and deliver meaningful infrastructure solutions.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to lead project delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role will serve as the connection between project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead regional water and wastewater initiatives from strategic planning through execution of complex infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate project delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful execution, timely completion, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, developing strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, project approaches, and competitive budgets.
  • Manage and oversee projects involving:
  • Water distribution systems
  • Wastewater collection systems
  • Water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Municipal and public infrastructure projects
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams while promoting quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve project delivery processes and operational performance.


Qualifications:


  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited university, or equivalent experience demonstrating readiness to lead.
  • Extensive experience in water, wastewater, utilities, or related infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership experience managing projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of public works, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience coordinating complex project delivery by aligning teams, design processes, schedules, and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills.
