Program Lead – Commercial & Industrial - We are looking for an experienced Program Lead to grow and manage commercial and industrial projects. This role will focus on developing new business, building client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams through design, permitting, and construction.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
  • Lead project pursuits, proposals, and client presentations
  • Identify client needs and develop solutions to meet project goals
  • Manage projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and financial performance
  • Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions
  • Oversee project quality, safety, and delivery
  • Maintain and grow relationships with developers, architects, planners, attorneys, landowners, and other industry partners
  • Help identify opportunities for continued business and client growth
  • Lead and mentor project teams


What We’re Looking For


  • 12+ years of related experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading commercial or industrial development projects
  • Experience with multidisciplinary design, permitting, and construction
  • Strong client relationships within the local development and engineering community
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead teams and work across multiple disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
  • Active PE license preferred
