Architectural Designer

Summary: Our team is looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to projects throughout all phases of design and project delivery. This role will support design development, architectural documentation, building systems coordination, and code compliance while working closely with project teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with design leaders and project teams across all phases of project delivery
• Provide technical expertise, including building systems integration, detailing, and code compliance
• Contribute to and guide design development, ensuring alignment between concept, documentation, and execution
• Mentor emerging professionals and support team growth and development
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal disciplines to advance cohesive design solutions
• Maintain awareness of project scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio culture

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of architectural experience
• Demonstrated portfolio reflecting strong design aptitude and built project experience
• Excellent technical knowledge, including building systems and code expertise
• Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp preferred
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
