Responsibilities:

·        Design plumbing systems including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.

·        Develop contract drawings/designs from schematics through to construction documents.

·        Develop project specifications.

·        Perform site evaluations.

·        Handle construction administration responsibilities including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.

·        Attend meetings with clients and project team meetings.

Qualifications:

·        Degree in design preferred but not required.

·        1-5 years of plumbing design experience, preferably for commercial, institutional, K-12, or healthcare projects.

·        Fire protection design experience is a plus.

·        Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD required.
