The Principal Structural Engineer serves to lead engineering design projects and build Client relationships. This leader will collaborate with a broader team of engineering professionals to provide design solutions to industrial clients nationally and internationally. Projects require complex structures and foundations for Industrial, Manufacturing, and Utility clients. This leader must be self-motivated to independently solve problems and clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to Clients and team members.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and project management
• You are a licensed PE (NCEES Record preferred)
• You have experience designing complex structures such as industrial type buildings, heavy equipment platforms, pipe bridges, and trussed systems.
• You have experience designing complex shallow and deep foundations based on Geotechnical recommendations.
• You have experience of working with clients and developing proposals for obtaining new work.

Location: Columbus, Ohio; Hybrid with 1-2 days in the office
