Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the design team project managers and survey project managers on surveying projects
• Scheduling day-to-day projects and tasks for field crews on projects and provide feedback on project progress
• Managing and mentoring field survey staff
• Implement the company's quality assurance and quality control program for field surveying
• Utilizing the latest surveying technology and equipment
• Monitor vehicle fleet, survey equipment and supplies
