The Architectural Business Operations & Strategy Leader is responsible for optimizing how the architecture firm operates, grows, and delivers projects profitably. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, project delivery, and leadership, ensuring the firm scales efficiently, maintains high design quality, and achieves its strategic business goals.

Ideal Background

• 8–15+ years in:
• Architecture, Engineering, or Professional Services operations
• Experience in:
• Architecture firms, MEP firms, or AEC consultancies
• Strong understanding of:
• Project-based financials
• Utilization, realization, and backlog
• AIA contracts and fee structures
