Senior Mechanical Engineer
Our client we design the electrical systems that power the places people learn, work, live and play. As Senior Mechanical Engineer you will bring the same thoughtful, people-first rigor to the mechanical side of those buildings so every project delivers comfort, efficiency and lasting client trust.
Performance Objectives
- Lead mechanical design for 8–12 building projects per year, delivering coordinated HVAC, plumbing and fire-protection drawings that meet LEED/energy goals and client schedules.

- Own energy-model updates and code-compliance packages so every project exceeds Title 24 and local ordinances on first submittal.
- Mentor two junior designers, raising their independent drawing output 25 % within 12 months while keeping quality scores above 95 %.
- Resolve field issues within 48 hours of notification, protecting construction schedules and client relationships that span decades.
- Produce bid-ready mechanical specifications and cost estimates that stay within 5 % of awarded values.
