As the Survey Project Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring accurate and efficient client deliveries while fostering strong client relationships. What You'll Do:

• Analyze field data and research to compile top-notch boundary surveys, loan surveys, plot plans, as-builts, and more
• Leverage your mastery of AutoCAD, data collection software, and surveying equipment to support and empower field crews
• Expertly schedule and manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Serve as the essential bridge between engineers, technical staff, and field teams
• Maintain equipment, order supplies, and oversee meticulous project billing and timesheets

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of outstanding land development surveying experience
• A valid Mississippi Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Survey Instrument (SI) certificate
• A valid Mississippi driver's license
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Exceptional technical skills, including AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, and Leica
• Highly effective communication and problem-solving abilities
