Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (4 days in office, one day remote) role for a Plumbing Engineer located in Brentwood, TN. The Plumbing Designer will be responsible for developing plumbing system plans and specifications for commercial, healthcare, and industrial buildings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with codes and regulations, performing site investigations, designing plumbing systems and layouts, and conducting hydraulic calculations and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in Plumbing Design or Mechanical Engineering
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing design codes, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculations software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Experience in healthcare plumbing design is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management skills

Salary range would be 60-90K.
