Our office in Dublin, Ohio is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to provide technical services to manufacturing and utility clients for their design projects and technical support requirements, providing technical and administrative direction. Specifically, we need someone to design substations for utility power delivery projects in the transmission and distribution space. This position is based in our Dublin office and will have a hybrid schedule with some days in the office and some working remotely

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in electrical engineering
• Professional Engineer’s license in any NCEES state such as Ohio
• 15+ years of experience in electrical design
• Specific experience in process, manufacturing, or utility industries
• Experience with medium voltage (typically 138kV and below) power distribution and low voltage industrial scale power distribution
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate highly complex technical subjects concisely & effectively to management and client.
• Possess the knowledge and authority to make and assume full authority for technical decisions.
