Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Electrical Engineer. Although this is a remote position, the applicant must reside either in central Pennsylvania or the Orlando area of Florida.

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, including power distribution and power systems. The role includes evaluating energy-saving measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions for building efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing electrical designs, conducting site assessments, and optimizing system performance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles

Hands-on experience with Power Distribution and Power Systems

Strong understanding of Electricity concepts and their practical applications

Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and building systems is a plus

Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools relevant to electrical engineering and design, including Revit

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited institution

Professional Engineering license preferred
