Description:

Construction Administration Manager

• The role would be to attend all of our construction meetings (95% are online/zoom)
• manage the traffic of all of the RFI’s and shop drawings
• respond to as many of these as they can, and coordinate with the design team when he/she cannot respond to a question themselves
• provide site visits during construction process
• observe the installation of the MEP systems
• provide mark-ups on Bluebeam
• create sketches of the changes happening to the project

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Field
• 5+ years of Mechanical MEP experience
• Revit & AutoCAD proficiency
• Ability to make field/site visits
