We’re looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer P.E. to join our team in Ft. Lauderdale. This is a leadership-track opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a department leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Design electrical systems for residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from design through completion
• Work closely with clients, project teams, and other disciplines
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and code compliance
• Manage project schedules and deliver work on time or ahead of schedule
• Help mentor and develop other members of the electrical engineering team
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida P.E. license
• 5+ years of U.S. electrical engineering design experience
• Experience with residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects
• MEP consulting firm experience preferred
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Highly responsive, organized, and quality-focused
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
