Assistant Project Manager – Civil Land Development

Salary: Up to $90,000 (flexible based on experience)

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our growing Civil Land Development team. This role is ideal for a civil engineering professional who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with clients, and supporting the successful delivery of land development projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing civil land development projects from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare and modify engineering drawings and designs.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development.
• Previous project management experience is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
