Architect- An established architecture and design firm is seeking an experienced Architect to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, taking part in all phases of the architectural process, from initial concepts and design development through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client needs, project goals, and budgets.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
• Work with clients to establish project requirements, design expectations, and project goals.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Assist with permitting, plan reviews, and project approvals.
• Maintain quality control and accuracy throughout all project phases.
• Communicate project updates and coordinate with project team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional architectural license preferred.
• Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design standards.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
