· Use AutoCAD Civil 3d software to produce detailed boundary surveys, subdivision maps, ALTA

surveys, topographic surveys, and other various survey related maps or exhibits

· Research boundary and easement title documents and input deeds to create field packages

· Use field crew data files (.txt & job files), field sketches, photos, and reference maps to create

survey maps

· Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way, easements, acquisition parcels, etc.

· Report job discrepancies in a timely manner to team leads and management

· Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Associate degree or higher is preferred but not required

· Working knowledge of land development projects and AutoCAD programs

· Prior relevant experience (6 months ), training may be provided in lieu of experience with

reasonable compensation expectations

· Strong communication (written & verbal) and technical/computer skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Can self-manage priorities, and discuss issues to management

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
