Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Professional to join our team as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from conceptual design through construction documentation
• Prepare drawings, plans, details, and construction documents
• Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines
• Assist with permitting, building code compliance, specifications, and construction administration
• Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Manage project responsibilities independently while collaborating with the broader design team
• Contribute creative solutions to architectural and project challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience preferred
• Experience with Revit preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building codes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing professionally and contributing to the long-term success of the firm

Professional architectural licensure is a plus but not required.
