Utility Role (Mechanical PE)

• We’d love to hire a mechanical PE that can support our team by bringing mechanical expertise to our projects
• This hire would help our current commissioning team with some site visits when needed
• This hire would help our LEED PM’s on mechanical coordination calls
• This hire would help put together with thought leadership articles, reports, and presentations
• We are also open to other ways this hire could support our mission

I wanted to reach out and update you on our new recruiting requirements. Moving forward, we’d like to focus on the search for major metro areas. With an emphasis on Southern California, SF, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, NJ/NY, Texas, or Florida. While we are mostly remote, we are asking employees to come into the office bi-monthly (6 times per year) for 1 week. This time is used for in-person collaboration and building/maintaining comradery with the team. We are also expanding our search; we are looking for the following two candidates.
