Your Role:


  • Support civil engineering design for renewable energy, storage, utility transmission, and related projects.
  • Conduct construction monitoring and provide field support.
  • Perform stormwater compliance inspections for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare stormwater management plans and hydrologic modeling.
  • Support nationwide engineering and design initiatives across the company network.
  • Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittal review, RFIs, and site visits.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of professional engineering experience.
  • Engineering in Training (EIT) certification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.


Preferred Skills & Experience:


  • Experience with site development projects in renewable energy, battery storage, and/or utility transmission.
  • Preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and/or stormwater compliance inspections.
  • New York State Stormwater Management Inspector Certification.
  • Construction oversight and permitting experience in New York State.
  • Experience with electrical infrastructure, environmental investigation/remediation, or environmental due diligence.
  • HAZWOPER certification.



Compensation:


Pay commensurate with experience.
