Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and influence all aspects of dining operations, service, and team performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of service delivery across multiple outlets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of events and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing food and beverage operations in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
• Proven success driving profitability and managing F&B teams.
• Experience executing events and special functions with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
