Account Executive – Resort & Hospitality Technology

Compensation: $80,000 Base + Commission + Benefits

We are partnering with a growing hospitality technology company that delivers enterprise-level guest engagement solutions to luxury resorts and destination-driven hospitality brands. As demand continues to expand across the resort sector, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive who understands the resort ecosystem and can confidently guide complex sales conversations from introduction through close.
This opportunity is well suited for a sales professional who is comfortable working with senior hospitality leaders, navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments, and operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving organization.
About the Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business within the resort and destination hospitality market. This role blends strategic outbound activity with consultative, relationship-driven selling and requires a strong understanding of how resorts evaluate, adopt, and deploy technology solutions.
You will manage the full sales cycle while partnering closely with leadership to support growth across single-property and multi-property opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business strategies within the resort and destination hospitality segment
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts, including discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, negotiation, and close
- Engage effectively with senior resort stakeholders across marketing, operations, revenue, and technology
- Present solutions that enhance guest engagement, drive on-property revenue, and support brand differentiation
- Navigate complex decision-making processes within resort organizations
- Identify opportunities to expand conversations beyond individual properties when appropriate
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Represent the company at select hospitality industry events and conferences
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, sales materials, and go-to-market strategy
- Operate comfortably in a high-growth environment where initiative, accountability, and adaptability are essential
- Leverage CRM and modern sales tools to manage activity and performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience within hospitality, technology, or a related services environment
- Experience selling into hotels, resorts, or multi-property hospitality organizations
- Proven success managing a full-cycle, outbound sales process
- Ability to engage confidently with senior-level hospitality decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage priorities in a remote setting
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience using modern sales technology and AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
