  • Organize and label goods for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant with safety policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
  • Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Process Improvement

  • Identify ways to improve space utilization, order accuracy, and turnaround times.

  • Support the implementation of Lean and 5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure materials and schedules align.
  • Communicate shipment updates, ETAs, and inventory information to internal teams.
  • Help resolve any shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, perform repetitive tasks, and operate warehouse machinery.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a strong safety mindset.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Competitive hourly pay and full benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement).
  • Opportunities for career growth in operations, logistics, or production management.
  • A collaborative team that values reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • A clean, organized, and fast-moving warehouse environment where your work makes an immediate impact.
