Job Title: Sales Specialist – Microsoft Teams Rooms (East Region)

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Specialist to take the lead in promoting Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions across enterprise, education, and public sector clients in the Eastern U.S.

What You’ll Do:

This isn’t just another sales job. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things MTR—driving growth, building deep relationships, and bringing cutting-edge room solutions to life for some of the biggest names in business.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead with Vision

  • Own the full sales cycle for MTR-certified product bundles
  • Position solutions that help organizations modernize their meeting spaces and supercharge collaboration

🔹 Be a Trusted Advisor

  • Engage with IT leaders, AV pros, and business stakeholders to understand room requirements and design the right solution stack
  • Offer guidance on layout, hardware compatibility, and MTR certification best practices

🔹 Empower the Channel

  • Equip resellers, system integrators, and distributors with the tools and knowledge to win
  • Co-sell, train, and provide pre-sales support to grow our partner ecosystem

🔹 Create Demand

  • Deliver impactful product demos, hands-on workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements that turn interest into action
  • Proactively identify new MTR opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic targeting

🔹 Drive Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, and support teams to relay customer insights and fuel go-to-market success
  • Contribute to seamless deployments that exceed expectations


What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3–5+ years of sales experience in UC/AV, collaboration, or Microsoft Teams Room environments

✅ Track record of success selling video conferencing or MTR-certified solutions

✅ Deep understanding of the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and certified hardware partners

✅ Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills

✅ Comfortable engaging with enterprise clients and navigating partner channels

✅ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and the Microsoft 365 suite

✅ Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the Eastern U.S.


Bonus Points If You Have:

⭐ Relationships with Microsoft, Zoom, or UC/AV channel partners

⭐ AVIXA/CTS certification or similar technical credentials

⭐ Experience with large-scale room deployments and integration projects
