Account Executive – AV Technology Solutions

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support continued growth in the professional audiovisual and technology solutions market. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering consultative solutions that help organizations enhance collaboration, communication, and user experience.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities within target markets and assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and relationship development.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and recommend appropriate AV and technology solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across corporate, education, healthcare, government, and other vertical markets.

Account Strategy & Market Awareness

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for expansion within existing clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Provide regular performance updates and market insights to leadership.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within AV, IT, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
