- Track materials, logistics, and key milestones using project management tools and ERP systems.
- Work with vendors and contract manufacturers to manage timelines and documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain organized project folders and ensure document control standards are followed.
- Update dashboards and reports to show project progress and performance metrics.
- Identify risks or roadblocks and communicate them early to the PM or senior team.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and strengthen PMO processes.
What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years of experience supporting project delivery or coordination.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica, etc.) is a plus.
- Exposure to engineering documentation, manufacturing, or AV/display systems a plus.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and communicating across teams.
You’ll Succeed Here If You’re
- A natural organizer who loves details but still sees the big picture.
- A strong communicator who keeps things clear and moving forward.
- Comfortable working in a mix of technical and creative environments.
- Curious, process-minded, and always looking for ways to improve how things get done.
- Excited about growing your career in project management — this role is a launchpad to Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager positions.
What’s in It for You
- Competitive salary and full benefits (health, dental, vision, and retirement match).
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility and collaboration built in.
- Opportunities for advancement within a growing PMO.
- A culture that values innovation, teamwork, and results.
