Country Manager – U.S. Sales & Strategy

Location: United States (Remote with Travel)

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Country Manager to take ownership of the U.S. market for a global mobile accessories manufacturer. This is a player/coach role: you’ll be directly responsible for sales and key accounts, while also leading the U.S. team, setting strategy, managing pricing, and ensuring flawless execution.

This is a rare chance to step into a role where you’ll have both hands-on and strategic impact, shaping growth, building partnerships with major carriers and retailers, and driving the performance of an established but fast-growing brand.


What You’ll Do

  • Sales Leadership – Drive U.S. revenue growth through direct sales with national carriers and retailers, while coaching and leading the local team.
  • Strategy & Market Ownership – Set U.S. sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans in alignment with global leadership.
  • Business Development – Build and expand relationships with top carriers, retailers, and partners; negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Team Leadership – Mentor and develop the U.S. team, setting KPIs and ensuring performance accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with global product, supply chain, and marketing teams to align execution and deliver results.
  • Market Insights – Track competitive activity, customer trends, and sales forecasts to refine strategy and stay ahead.
  • Brand Representation – Represent the U.S. business at trade shows, customer meetings, and key industry events.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in mobile devices, mobile accessories, or related industries.
  • Strong background managing national carrier and retail accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead teams while still carrying personal sales responsibility.
  • Business acumen with experience in strategy, pricing, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
