National Sales Manager – ProAV
Location: Remote (U.S.) – Preferred location in Mid-America

About the Role
Our client is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive growth and market adoption of an innovative AV-over-IP platform within the professional audiovisual industry. This role focuses on expanding channel relationships, developing new business opportunities, and evangelizing a next-generation technology that is redefining how AV systems are designed and deployed.
Success in this role requires someone who thrives on building trusted relationships across the industry, operates with a strong sense of urgency, and can clearly communicate complex technology in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Revenue Growth & Market Development
- Drive sales growth across assigned territories and key accounts
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets through proactive business development
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the professional AV ecosystem
Channel & Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and industry partners
- Establish trusted relationships across organizations—from operational contacts to executive leadership
- Support channel partners in positioning and selling the technology effectively
Product Evangelism
- Promote and evangelize the product platform and its underlying philosophy within the ProAV community
- Clearly communicate the value of AV-over-IP solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM system
- Document customer interactions and support development of internal knowledge resources and FAQs
- Develop and execute deal strategies, including negotiation and closing activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and support product demonstrations
- Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to solve customer challenges and strengthen competitive positioning
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of sales experience within the professional AV industry
- Strong understanding of AV-over-IP technology and IT networking fundamentals
- Experience working with ProAV sales channels and distribution partners
- Established relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and channel partners across the U.S. and Canada
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and adapt to emerging technology markets
