About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, custom LED display installations for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll oversee complex, innovative projects across industries like retail, sports & entertainment, transportation, education, and corporate environments.

You’ll manage multiple projects at once, coordinate with engineers, customers, and installers, and ensure seamless execution from design through installation. What You’ll Do

  • Manage 30–40 simultaneous projects (90–120 day project lifecycle) from sales release through installation.
  • Coordinate design with customers, in-house engineering, and production teams.
  • Work with mechanical and electrical engineers to develop and review submittal drawings.
  • Drive project schedules, logistics, and communication with customers and installation partners.
  • Oversee field installation and train crews (10–30% travel, domestic and international).
  • Ensure requirements are met through collaboration with manufacturing and shipping teams.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track and on budget.
  • Establish best practices, tools, and processes to strengthen project delivery.


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Mechanical/electrical aptitude (technical degree preferred, not required).
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of delivering projects right the first time.
  • Ability to problem-solve on-site and work independently or in a team setting.
  • Flexible mindset with a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.


Preferred

  • Experience managing custom installations.
  • Hands-on field experience with contractors and customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity working with construction general contractors.


Position Details

  • Location: North Metro Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
  • Travel: 10–30% (domestic and international)
  • Compensation: $100k–$110k base salary
  • Supervisory: Indirect management of contract teams
