About the Role
We’re looking for an HR & Executive Operations Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll support both the HR and executive leadership teams by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and helping create an environment where people and projects can succeed. What You’ll Do
HR Support
- Assist with recruitment activities: posting roles, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidate materials.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, setup, and exit processes.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities such as training sessions and team events.
- Handle employee inquiries about HR policies and assist with compliance documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
Executive & Operations Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for senior leaders.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for executive meetings.
- Coordinate company-wide events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks that support executive goals.
- Act as a key communication link between departments and leadership.
General Office Support
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and office supply needs.
- Support scheduling and logistics for company initiatives and meetings.
- Create polished documents and presentations for HR and leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, executive assistance, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software preferred.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team collaborator.
