Job Description

The Mission-Critical Segment Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts and go-to-market strategy for dvLED display solutions across a range of operationally intensive environments. These include utilities, manufacturing, corporate operations centers, public safety (police, fire, traffic control), and airport operation centers.

This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consulting engineers, and key stakeholders who design and deploy control room technologies. The ideal candidate will understand the unique requirements of these environments and position as a trusted partner in delivering reliable, high-performance display solutions.


Functional Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on dvLED technologies for control rooms, process centers, and operational command environments.
  • Identify, engage, and manage a strategic network of channel partners, AV integrators, consulting engineers, and technology providers.
  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements and coordinate bid specifications with program managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Develop use-case-driven sales strategies for environments such as utility control centers, traffic management hubs, airport operation centers, and corporate security monitoring rooms.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build vertical-specific campaigns, including trade show support, webinars, white papers, and thought leadership.
  • Train and enable channel partners, including sales engineers and project managers, to effectively position solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge relevant to dvLED technology, AV system design, and operational reliability standards.
  • Support strategic partnerships with organizations focused on public infrastructure, transportation, and industrial automation.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex AV or IT technology solutions into mission-critical environments.
  • Familiarity with control room design, AV integration, and operational workflows in utilities, transportation, and public safety.
  • Experience working with or through system integrators and consulting engineers.
  • Strong understanding of dvLED technology, image processing, and AV system architecture.
  • Proven ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required to support project wins, site visits, and industry events.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and AV design tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, AV Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • US. citizenship required; active security clearance preferred or eligibility to obtain one.
