Territory Sales Manager – Western USA (K-12/Higher-Ed & Channel Focus)

Our client, a recognized innovator in wireless display and collaboration solutions, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Western USA and Western Canada. This role is focused on Education (K–12 and Higher Ed), State & Local Government, and Enterprise accounts, while also developing strong channel partnerships with resellers, AV integrators, and distributors.


Territory Coverage

New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, and Western Canada.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

The right person is a motivated, results-driven sales professional who knows how to balance hunting for new business with developing trusted, long-term partnerships. They bring discipline in tracking activity and performance, while also maintaining the energy and persistence needed to build success in a competitive territory.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver revenue results across K-12, Higher Education, SLED, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and a strong network of reseller, integrator, and distribution partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners, driving co-selling opportunities and expanding market reach.
  • Lead solution-selling conversations around classroom modernization, wireless display, and hybrid meeting technologies.
  • Support partners in securing public and private sector bids, tenders, and RFPs.
  • Be accountable for activity levels, pipeline health, quota attainment, and all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities, including cold outreach, while managing existing accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources (support, leadership, technical experts) to ensure customer and partner success.
  • Maintain CRM discipline in Salesforce with accurate documentation, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide regular transparency through weekly communication and reporting.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience selling technology solutions into Education and/or Enterprise accounts.
  • A proven track record of success in SLED sales, with existing contacts in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and KPIs.
  • Strong solution-selling skills: qualification, listening, and presentation.
  • Experience building channel partners into high-performing go-to-market allies.
  • Willingness to hunt for new business through cold calls, prospecting, and partner development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
