Position Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Sanford, NC

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

Work Setting: Onsite

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient setting focused on high-quality, individualized patient care. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are motivated by clinical excellence, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess patient medical histories
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients by observing movement and listening to patient concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Implement therapeutic exercises, stretching, equipment use, and hands-on manual therapy
• Manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury
• Document patient progress and adjust plans of care as clinically indicated

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• CPR and First Aid certification
