Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $55,000/year
  • Uncapped Performance Bonus: Expected $35,000+ annually with strong execution
  • Total Potential Compensation: $90,000+/year

Overview:

Our client, a well-established dental laboratory with a strong reputation for artistic craftsmanship and advanced dental technology, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on driving new business growth by combining outbound sales efforts with strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of success in inside sales, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to execute multi-channel marketing strategies. This role offers significant opportunity for performance-based earnings and career advancement within a growing laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and in-person visits to dental practices to secure trial cases and convert to ongoing business
  • Systematically follow up with prospects to win new, retain existing, and recover lost business
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and account activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Execute direct mail campaigns, digital advertising (SEO/PPC), and event planning (live and virtual)
  • Manage marketing calendars and coordinate with third-party vendors to support business development
  • Track and report performance metrics across sales and marketing channels
  • Maintain a professional, articulate presence in all communications with clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in dental, healthcare, or B2B sectors
  • Proven success in outbound calling, lead generation, and new business development
  • Hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns including direct mail, PPC, and events
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presentation
