About the Laboratory:

A modern, digitally driven dental laboratory in North York is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Team Lead Designer to support and guide the Crown & Bridge / Implant design team. The lab focuses on high-quality restorations, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CAD/CAM Designer with leadership capability to design crown & bridge and implant cases while supporting workflow coordination and quality standards within the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using Exocad or 3Shape
• Review prescriptions and case requirements for accuracy and feasibility
• Support and guide junior designers as a team lead
• Collaborate with production, QC, and customer service teams
• Work across multiple implant systems
• Ensure consistency, precision, and timely case delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of CAD/CAM design experience (C&B and implant)
• Proficiency in Exocad or 3Shape
• Strong understanding of implant workflows and dental anatomy
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support a team
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
