Job Title: Business Development Associate – Dental Laboratory (DSO Focus)

Location: On-Site – Charlotte, NC

Compensation: up to $100,000 base salary + commission (Total earning potential $200-$250K+)

Schedule: Full-Time

Lead DSO Growth for a High-Quality, Charlotte-Based Dental Lab

A growing, service-driven dental laboratory in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to take the lead on DSO partnerships and national account expansion. This is a high-impact, on-site role for a seasoned sales professional with direct business development experience in dental sales or the dental laboratory space.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a national pipeline of DSO accounts from first contact through onboarding
  • Use your existing dental industry network to identify and secure high-value business opportunities
  • Represent the lab at meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote lab services and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and long-term retention
  • Monitor performance metrics, maintain CRM records, and report on account growth and sales activity

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business development experience in dental sales or dental laboratory services
  • Existing relationships or demonstrated success selling into DSOs or multi-location dental groups
  • Strong understanding of dental workflows, lab production, and how labs serve large organizations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Charlotte, NC and represent the lab at occasional events and client visits
