About the Lab

Boutique, high-end cosmetic laboratory blending traditional artistry with advanced digital workflows. The team values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning—prioritizing quality over speed or volume. Leadership is hands-on and mentorship-oriented, with close collaboration alongside dentists to achieve functionally sound, beautifully aesthetic results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the aesthetic portion of high-end cosmetic cases with hand-layered feldspathic veneers as a core focus.
  • Own case planning in partnership with clinicians, including occlusion, function, and esthetic design.
  • Execute end-to-end workflows that integrate digital and analog techniques (scans/design/milling/3D printing with meticulous hand finishing).
  • Participate in case reviews, shade/photo analysis, try-ins, and iterative refinement with doctors.
  • Contribute to lab standards, best practices, and continuous improvement of materials and techniques.
  • Support education internally (peer workshops) and externally (select lectures/demos) as appropriate.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

  • Demonstrated mastery in hand-layered feldspathic porcelain, esthetics, and surface texture characterization.
  • Strong command of occlusion, function, and treatment planning for advanced cosmetic cases.
  • Solid digital workflow fluency (e.g., design coordination, CAM readiness; Exocad/3Shape familiarity a plus).
  • A portfolio that showcases high-end cosmetic outcomes; skill and merit outweigh formal certifications (CDT/MDT not required).
  • A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and pride in artisanal quality.

Tools & Technology

  • Integrated CAD/CAM pipeline with milling machines and 3D printers.
  • Modern photography/shade systems and calibrated color management.
  • Digitally savvy leadership that supports innovation and smooth adoption of new tools.

Professional Development & Growth

  • Sponsorship opportunities for ACD accreditation.
  • Regular workshops and lectures led by senior leadership (advanced porcelain layering, material science, esthetics).
  • Continuing education support (conferences, courses).
  • Professionally managed social media presence; commission-based rewards may be available for new accounts you help attract.
  • Teaching and speaking opportunities for qualified team members.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO; retirement plan/401(k)
  • Relocation assistance and/or sign-on incentives for top-tier talent.
  • Inclusive, low-pressure environment focused on excellence and sustainable workloads.
