Dental Digital Full Arch Coordinator Manager

We are seeking a Dental Digital Full Arch Coordinator Manager to lead the coordination of All-on-X / Full-Arch restorations from start to finish. This pivotal role ensures seamless communication and workflow across dental professionals, surgeons, and internal lab departments to deliver high-quality results efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Arch Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete production lifecycle of full-arch dental cases, from digital design through milling and finishing
• Monitor case progress and maintain timely delivery using internal tracking systems
• Identify and resolve workflow delays or production issues

Digital Case Management & Software Use

• Utilize Magic Touch software to manage and monitor case flow
• Maintain accurate digital records of case activity and communications
• Coordinate across departments including Exocad Design, milling, and finishing

Doctor & Surgeon Onboarding

• Onboard new doctors and surgeons into the lab’s digital portal
• Provide training and technical support to ensure ease of use

Communication & Relationship Building

• Act as the primary contact between the lab and dental professionals
• Provide regular case updates to doctors and office staff
• Address and resolve any escalations professionally and promptly

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital dental workflows, including All-on-X / Full-Arch restorations, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and guided surgery
• Proficiency in Magic Touch software and familiarity with Exocad Design workflows
• Understanding of lab production processes such as milling and finishing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively across teams
• Customer service mindset and a proactive attitude

Work Environment

• Office-based role with regular communication via virtual or text channels with clinicians
• Full-time position, with flexibility to manage urgent cases as needed
