Customer Care Representative – Dental Laboratory

Location: Calgary, AB

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $26–$27/hour, depending on experience

Job Overview

A dental laboratory in Calgary is seeking a Customer Care Representative with a dental background to support a busy customer service and case coordination role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or dental-related customer service environment and enjoy working with clients, doctors, and internal lab teams.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally
  • Communicate with dental offices regarding cases, questions, updates, and requests
  • Review incoming case information, prescriptions, and photos
  • Upload, organize, and manage case photos and related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth case flow
  • Help resolve customer questions or case-related issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service in a very busy environment

Qualifications

  • Dental background required; dental office or dental lab experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case details
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position in a busy dental laboratory. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to manage customer communication while supporting accurate case flow and documentation.
