Job Overview
A dental laboratory in Calgary is seeking a Customer Care Representative with a dental background to support a busy customer service and case coordination role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or dental-related customer service environment and enjoy working with clients, doctors, and internal lab teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally
- Communicate with dental offices regarding cases, questions, updates, and requests
- Review incoming case information, prescriptions, and photos
- Upload, organize, and manage case photos and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth case flow
- Help resolve customer questions or case-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service in a very busy environment
Qualifications
- Dental background required; dental office or dental lab experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case details
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment
