Denture Technician – Removables (Bench & Team Leadership)

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
About the Role
A well-established dental laboratory is seeking an experienced Denture Technician to join its removable department. This role is ideal for a technician with strong hands-on bench skills in denture fabrication who can also provide leadership support, mentorship to team members, and communication with dentist clients.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across all aspects of removable prosthetics production while also assisting with workflow coordination, maintaining quality standards, and supporting case communication with clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on bench work in removable prosthetics, including full dentures, partial dentures, relines, and repairs.
- Assist with implant-supported removable cases when required.
- Support daily workflow and coordination within the removable department.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians when needed.
- Communicate with dentists and clinical teams regarding cases, adjustments, and technical questions.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across completed cases.
- Collaborate with laboratory management to maintain efficient production and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to improving workflows and adopting new techniques when appropriate.
Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a denture/removable dental technician.
- Strong bench skills in denture fabrication, including full and partial dentures, relines, and repairs.
- Experience working with implant-supported removable prosthetics is an asset.
- Leadership, mentorship, or team coordination experience preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with dentists and clinical partners regarding cases.

Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
- Familiarity with digital denture workflows is an asset but not required.
