Position: Removable Dental Technician (Denture Technician)

Location: Bristol, CT (Onsite)

A growing dental laboratory in Bristol, CT is seeking experienced Removable (Denture) Technicians to join their team. This lab focuses on quality-driven, traditional denture craftsmanship, not high-volume production environments.

They are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and can produce high-quality dentures from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full denture setups from start to finish
• Perform waxing, setup, finishing, and adjustments
• Maintain high aesthetic and functional standards
• Work collaboratively with a small team (approx. 5 people in the lab)
• Ensure consistency and quality across all cases

Requirements

• Proven experience in removable/denture fabrication (full workflow)
• Ability to produce high-quality, detailed work (not high-volume production only)
• Strong understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and aesthetics
• Comfortable working in a non-corporate, quality-focused environment

Compensation

• $20 – $35/hour, depending on experience and bench test performance
• Final offer based on technical ability and quality of work

• Exposure to digital workflows (not required)
• Willingness to learn or support digital processes if needed
