Job Summary


The Content Specialist will create high-quality content that helps manufacturing suppliers understand how to grow through modern sales and marketing. This role translates real manufacturing experience into educational, credible content that strengthens Factur’s voice in the market. This position is responsible for producing written, multimedia, and interview-based content that supports Factur’s go-to-market strategy and elevates industry perception. The Content Specialist will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to surface insights, share stories, and produce content that informs, aligns, and inspires action.




Job Responsibilities   


  1. Write educational content, blogs, articles, guides, reports, focused on the sales and marketing challenges industrial suppliers face.
  2. Produce or support multimedia content (short videos, interview clips, podcast-style conversations) that helps simplify complex GTM concepts.
  3. Translate executive insights, team knowledge, and client experiences into clear, thought-provoking content.
  4. Interview internal subject-matter experts, clients, or partners to gather real stories and on-the-ground insights.
  5. Use data from sales, marketing performance, and industry research to strengthen content with evidence and practical takeaways.
  6. Repurpose long-form content into short, high-impact pieces for LinkedIn, newsletters, and outbound campaigns.
  7. Maintain a consistent publishing cadence to grow Factur’s authority, visibility, and engagement within the manufacturing sector.
  8. Support internal communication efforts by turning insights, updates, and learnings into shareable internal content when needed.

Outcomes/Measures of Success over 12 months:


  1. Creates clear, educational content that reflects real manufacturing challenges and speaks the language of suppliers.
  2. Actively incorporates client voices through interviews, quotes, stories, and real examples to strengthen credibility.
  3. Transforms insights from Sales, SDRs, clients, and data sources into content that supports Factur’s GTM strategy.
  4. Produces a balanced mix of written and multimedia content that increases engagement and broadens Factur’s presence in the market.
  5. Strengthens top-of-funnel performance and industry credibility through consistent, high-value content that positions Factur as a trusted GTM resource.

   



Qualifications:


  1. 5+ years in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  2. Strong portfolio of educational or thought-leadership content.
  3. Familiarity with GTM, sales management, or B2B marketing concepts.
  4. Proficiency in content creation tools (WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, video/audio editing).
  5. Ability to work independently and deliver consistently.




Location:

  • This will be a remote role




Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 based on skills and experiences.
