  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Center Executive Directors in identifying and addressing service gaps and opportunities in each Center’s community.
  • Collaborate with EA’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer to identify budget priorities, coordinate financial oversight, and ensure long-term, diverse, and sustainable funding streams, including government contracts, fee-for-service programs and philanthropy.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer on agency priorities and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Office of Compliance to ensure clear communication of programmatic expectations, efficient and effective facility operations across all EA sites and compliance with government and other mandated health and safety regulations.
