Senior Vice President, Campus Solutions

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Hillel International seeks an inaugural Senior Vice President, Campus Solutions (SVP, CS) to lead and scale Hillel’s work with university administrations and campus stakeholders ensuring Jewish students experience consistently inclusive, welcoming environments. As a member of the senior leadership team, the SVP will report to the COO, with a dotted line to the CEO.
The SVP will oversee several of Hillel’s flagship programs addressing antisemitism and campus climate, notably building out its newest offering Hillel Campus Partners which will provide more in-depth campus support to address issues such as faculty governance, student conduct, security, and overall campus culture.
This role builds on two years of urgent response to unprecedented campus challenges—including a 700% increase in incidents in 2023–2024 and continued bias in 2024–2025—during which Hillel strengthened security, pressed administrators to enforce codes of conduct, pursued Title VI remedies, empowered student leaders, and provided safe, supportive Jewish community.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Hillel seeks an experienced manager, operator, and strategist who excels at coordinating programs, identifying scalable solutions to urgent needs, and driving outcomes in complex settings. This leader brings a high EQ and communicates effectively with key internal and external stakeholders and partners. Informed by a deep sense of mission, the SVP is forward-looking—anticipating emerging campus needs—and will lead with an innovative spirit, empathy, and resolve on behalf of Jewish students.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This role may require domestic and international travel multiple times per year.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this role is $220,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience.
