A Southwest based international leader in polyurethane foam has asked us to find a Technical Manager: PUR Foam for their state-of-the-art flexible foam production facility, already the standard by which most foam operations are measured.   We are looking for a Polyurethane Chemist/Engineer with industry experience whose commitment to continuous improvement, data-driven decisions and cost savings projects will be contagious.

• Personality which drives towards perfection….how can we be the BEST?
• 7+ years industrial experience in PUR foam formulation and manufacturing?
• Project Management experience in conceptualizing and implementing technical capital improvement projects which have led directly to improved efficiencies and cost savings?
• History of specific continuous manufacturing improvements which were data driven and pushed towards excellence?
• Passion for solving technical problems with Design of Experiment process and evaluation?
• Desire to master and manage your department and then take on challenges which impact entire company?
• Flexibility to welcome change in new products and market directions?
• BS Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering?
