About the Role

We are hiring a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support both our Recruiting and Business Development teams.


This role is responsible for building two critical pipelines:

  • Executive-level candidates for active searches
  • Target companies and decision-makers for business development


Depending on business needs, you may lean more heavily into talent sourcing or lead research. The core expectation remains the same: build strong, accurate, and actionable pipelines that drive revenue.


US market experience is required. Minimum 2 years.


This is a full-time position. This is not a freelance or project-based role. Employment will be structured through our Employer of Record partner, ensuring compliant payroll, contracts, and benefits administration.


What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing

  • Support 6 to 10 active searches at a time
  • Develop search strategies based on client requirements
  • Build market maps, org charts, and target company lists
  • Identify and engage passive candidates
  • Present qualified profiles to Executive Recruiters
  • Maintain clean, accurate ATS documentation


Lead Generation for Business Development

  • Identify target companies aligned with our vertical focus
  • Research ownership, leadership teams, and decision-makers
  • Build structured outreach lists for BD Managers
  • Track industry movement and growth trends
  • Maintain accurate CRM data


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing, recruiting, or research experience in the US market
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working inside ATS and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently


Preferred:

  • Experience in executive search or market mapping
  • Experience building org charts and structured target lists

  • Proactive identification of new opportunities
