THE OPPORTUNITY

Two Project Engineer seats supporting our client's engineering build-out, fully remote anywhere in the United

States. These roles own technical execution of capital systems in the $1M-$10M range, partnering with Process

Engineering and Project Management.

The honest version: this is an execution seat, not a design-authority one - the Senior Engineer approves what you

deliver. The trade is whole-project ownership early, inside a flat structure with the Senior Engineer track visible

above.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Project ownership. $1M-$10M capital systems, concept through execution - owned, not assisted.
• The engineering package. Hydraulics, pump selection, valve and instrumentation spec; P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and BOMs reviewed with Senior Engineers.
• Procurement velocity. Data sheets, RFQs, and vendor decisions that keep projects moving.
• Estimating input. Cost, labor, and subcontractor estimates feeding winning proposals.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• On-schedule, on-specification delivery of assigned projects.
• Quality and rework rate of deliverables.
• Procurement turnaround and vendor decision quality.
• Progression toward Senior Engineer readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• BS or BE, with Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil preferred, plus working CAD proficiency.
• Experience carrying industrial systems end to end.
• Self-direction to deliver remotely on a lean team.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

• Mid-market or boutique background where engineers own whole projects.
• Fabrication and commissioning exposure.
• Comfort feeding estimates and attending customer reviews.
