OVERVIEW
Leads sales, operations, and profitability for multiple HVAC/R Sales Centers. Owns revenue growth, market expansion, team performance, and regional P&L. Builds high-performing Sales Center teams and ensures operational excellence in partnership with the Regional Operations Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive revenue, market share, and profit growth across the Division.
- Lead and develop Sales Center Managers and the Sales Force; set targets and coach performance.
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, delivery, counter, inside sales, showroom, and warranty.
- Build market strategies, pursue new accounts, and deepen dealer relationships.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure strong service outcomes.
- Manage inventory planning and vendor negotiations, including rebalance agreements.
- Lead pricing strategy and competitive intelligence for the region.
- Oversee regional P&L and ensure alignment with operations processes.
- Partner with HR on hiring, performance, and team development.
WHAT YOU NEED
- HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
- 5–10 years in HVAC distribution or operational leadership.
- Experience managing wholesale HVAC supply houses (preferred).
- Strong background working with residential and commercial contractors.
- Proven success driving sales, growth, and team performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
