• ✏️ Prepare detailed and accurate bid proposals
• 🚿 Expertise in piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• 📊 Manage estimating, budgeting, and scheduling tasks
• 🔗 Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• ❄️ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• 🛠️ Utilize expertise in system installations
• 🧑‍🏫 Show excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• 📂 Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy
• 🗣️ Communicate effectively with both the team and external partners
• 💻 Proficiency in CAD drawings and estimating software (Autobid, Bluebeam, Procore)

🎓 Background Profile:

• 🛠️ 10+ years as an HVAC/Commercial Plumbing Estimator
• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 🔑 State of Georgia Plumbing, HVAC, and Boiler Licenses (preferred)
• 🏅 Additional HVAC certifications (preferred)
