Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale installation and replacement projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, budgeting, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct jobsite inspections
• Build client relationships and support sales efforts
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation
• Track project progress, budgets, and billing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or project management
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Estimating experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
